We offer a 30 day refund on all month by month hosting plans.
Just email firstname.lastname@example.org with refund in the subject line of the email and quote you're account username.
The refund will not be given on any managed services, such as if the hosting is a part of a package that also includes website design and branding (logo design).
You can not claim a refund on any domain names that you buy as a part of the hosting services.
The Manager will reject any refund request on an account that has overdue invoices or if the client does not pay the invoice or if the client terminates the agreement within 48 hours, or if maxxeweb.com terminates any services or agreements with the client.
Under this refund policy setup fees and credit card processing fees are not included in the refund.
Unless otherwise stated we do not offer refunds under the SLA, Service Level Agreement.
If you require a refund on an SLA, Service Level Agreement a custom Service Level Agreement will need to be produced by maxxeweb.com.
